OUR APPROACH
We focus on small, simple ways you can take care of yourself everyday because health and wellness should not be complicated or confusing. We try to simplify what it means and what it takes to be healthy and well. Our focus is on small things you can do everyday that, over time, have a big impact. We focus on overall wellbeing - physical, mental, and emotional - because true wellness encompasses all of these. And we help you figure out what works for you because there is no one-size-fits-all approach.

WHAT YOU GET:
*Guided audio sessions focused on self-care, health + wellness, and habits + goals. Topics include: food, movement, sleep, stress management, connection, habits, goals, and mindfulness. Sessions are roughly 7-15 minutes long.

*Daily Experiments that change each day and allow you to experiment with different small ways of taking care of yourself. Each Experiment usually takes less than 5 minutes to complete, covers a variety of tools and topics, and allows you to figure out what works for you while creating small wins each day.

*A Journal that includes a prompt that changes each day, intention setting, gratitude reflection, and an end of day reflection, as well as a blank notes section for free thought or notes on a particular audio session.

*A Tip of the Day that changes each day and is a small tip or trick, backed by research, that is designed to inform and promote wellbeing.

*A Quote of the Day is a changing daily quote that is designed to inspire and support you.

*Tools like breathing exercises, sleep meditations, and other tools to support you and your wellbeing.

*Ability to save your favorites by starring any session, Tip of the Day, or Daily Experiment that you like so you can revisit at any time.

*Ability to share your favorites with family and friends.

SUBSCRIPTION PRICING AND TERMS

Wellbody offers two auto-renewing subscription options:
$3.99* per month
$23.99* per year
*These prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.

We intentionally chose pricing options that are lower than most apps because we want to maintain the accessibility of the app while also being able to cover our costs and support the creation of new content and new features. The monthly price is designed to be on-par with the cost of a cup of coffee, and the yearly subscription is equivalent to the price of one purchasing hard-cover book.

If you select the monthly option, you’ll be billed for ‘Wellbody - Monthly Subscription’ every month, and you will have unlimited access to the Wellbody app during the month of purchase.

If you select the annual option, you’ll be billed for ‘Wellbody - Annual Subscription’ each year, and you will have unlimited access to the Wellbody app for 1 calendar year. We have priced the yearly subscription to be on par with what someone would pay for one book.

Your subscription to Wellbody will automatically renew, unless you disable auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can turn off auto-renew or manage your subscription from your iTunes Store account settings. Payment will be charged to your iTunes account.
